Potato Patties with Tuna and Cheese

Mash the potatoes very well and add salt to taste.

Drain the tuna, add to the potatoes, and mix.

Gradually add the bread crumbs until the mixture is easy to mold.

Add the eggs and shredded cheese to the potatoes.

In a pan, heat enough oil for frying.

Remove from the oil and place the patties on paper towels to remove excess grease.

With your hands, form the patties to the desired size and place them in the pan with very hot oil.

Fry until golden brown and firm.

Serve, and you can accompany with chopped lettuce and spaghetti.
