Mix the ground meat with parsley, onion, salt, and spices until well combined.

Shape the mixture into finger-shaped kofta and place them in a roasting pan with the whole tomatoes and onions, after peeling and cutting the onions in half.

Drizzle a little oil over the ingredients and roast in the oven until cooked through.

Serve with white rice or French fries as desired. Enjoy!

For the white rice: Soak the basmati rice for at least 1 hour. Add a little oil to a pot, then for each cup of rice, add 2 cups of water (you may need less water depending on the rice type).

Add a pinch of salt. When the water boils, add the rice. Let it cook on low heat until done. After cooking, add a piece of butter to the rice for a delicious flavor.
