Ingredients

30 minutes
  • 200 gground beeef
  • garlic
  • 1onion
  • 1eggplant
  • 1 cantomato
  • salt, pepper
  • 1consome cube
  • 200 gpasta

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Slice onion and eggplant.

  2. 2

    Heat oil and cook garlic,ground beef, onion, eggplant together in the pan

  3. 3

    Add salt and pepper and can tomato paste.

  4. 4

    Add consome cube and simmer it for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Boil water in the pan and boil pasta for 10 minutes.
