Steps

First make a dough using the all purpose flour, water and oil.

Divide the dough into equal parts. Roll the parts into thin chapatis.

Cut each chapati into halves. Stuff the minced meat mixed with onions and fold the samosas sealing every side
- 4
Repeat the process with the remaining chapatis
- 5
Heat oil and fry the samosas.
