Boil water & coffee. Melt sugar in a heavy bottom pan till caramelise.pour coffee water in it & boiled it.cool it.

Add vanilla essence.beat cream till 2nd or 3rd stage &mix in caramel

Soak gelatin for 5minutes.dissolve on indirect heat,mix gelatin to caramel coffee. Stir well keep it in a freeze to semi set for half an hour.

Adjust cake pcs in transparent side.soak cake pcs with any juice.

Pour coffee caramel over it &again repeat the process of cake & caramel.set in freeze,garnish with stiff cream.
