Steps

For dosa batter first start with mixing rice flour salt and rava.

Add curd and around half cup of water. And wait for 30 mins

Batter will become thick as rava will obsorb moisture. Add more water to make it thin.

Add coriander and crushed garlic. Mix it. Add baking soda.

Heat iron pan and sprinkle some water and again grease it with oil.

Pour dosa batter on it and spread it evenly. And cook it till it looks spongy and sides gets golden.

Serve it with chutney and sambar.
