
Kale Chips (ketogenic diet)

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven 300 convection. Add parchment paper to baking sheet

Remove stems from kale, wash and thoroughly dry leaves.

Tear up into bite size pieces and rub oil onto leaves.

Place in a bowl and toss with seasoning.
- 5
Place on baking sheet. Cook for 10 min. Rotate pan and cook for another 12 min. Let them sit for 3 min.

This is approximately 40 calories and 2g carbs, double if using the yeast. 80 calories and 5g carbohydrates.
