Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1/2 bunchkale leaves
  2. 1/2 tbsOlive oil
  3. 1.5 tbsyeast or parmesan
  4. 1 tspgarlic, chili powder, paprika, sea salt, cayenne pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 300 convection. Add parchment paper to baking sheet

  2. 2

    Remove stems from kale, wash and thoroughly dry leaves.

  3. 3

    Tear up into bite size pieces and rub oil onto leaves.

  4. 4

    Place in a bowl and toss with seasoning.

  5. 5

    Place on baking sheet. Cook for 10 min. Rotate pan and cook for another 12 min. Let them sit for 3 min.

    This is approximately 40 calories and 2g carbs, double if using the yeast. 80 calories and 5g carbohydrates.
