Cut your meat into big chunks, season it with black pepper and salt and apply berbeque sauce.

Prepare your berbeque grill. Place all the meat on the grill. Keep turning it to allow to cook evenly. If you notice the meat is dehydrated you can spray some water on it.

Keep turning untill all the meat is wholly cooked.

Enjoy with ugali and kachumbari.
