Ubhontshisi (Red beans)
1 spoonOlive oil
1diced onion
5grated tomato
to tasteRich beef and tomato thickner
3 teaspoonsugar
Pinchrajah mild spice

Rinse your ubhontshisi add your spoon of oil and boil for 4 hours

Next fry your onion when slightly brown add all your spices and after add your tomato then add your 3 teaspoon of sugar then leave for 15 minutes then add your thickener leave to simmer for 5 minutes

After mix your ubhontshisi with your tomato gravy. Then its ready
