Ingredients

  • 1 bowlFresh Pineapple
  • 1 bowlcurd
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Add sugar and salt in pineapple and mix it. Drain remaining secreted water after sometime.

  2. 2

    In curd add 3 tbsp of sugar and whisk it. Add pinch of black pepper.

  3. 3

    Mix pineapple with curd. Add more salt if needed.

  4. 4

    Add other fruits too.

Your recipe is the closest to restaurant pineapple raita, minus the black pepper. Everyone else is adding cumin and coriander leaves and lord knows what else... Thanks for this simple recipe. 🙂
