Cooking Instructions

Heat the sesame oil in a pan and sear the tofu on both sides until golden brown.

Add the *Sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer, shaking the pan from time to time and basting the tofu with a spoon until the sauce thickens and glaze the tofu.

Serve with chopped Japanese leek and crushed chili pepper on top.
