1/2pocket of benny spice
1/2 tspchicken spice
1 tspmasala seeds
1/2 tspbarbecue spice
2eggs
1/4 tspbaking powder
1/2 (1 cup)oil

Clean fish and soak in beaten eggs

Mix all spices in flour and add baking powder

Take your fish from eggs and coat in flour

Then fry in hot pan
