Ingredients

  • 1Mudu flour
  • 1 tinmilk
  • 2 tinssugar
  • 3eggs
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 table spoonflavour
  • 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  • cooking oil for frying
  • 1Sima's butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the wet ingredients

  2. 2

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

  3. 3

    Mix to a stiff dough

  4. 4

    Spread and roll out

  5. 5

    Cut in to desired shapes and size

  6. 6

    Fry in oil your chin chin is ready.
