Cooking Instructions

Soak beans in water for 5 - 10 minutes and peal skin off

If using a house blender soak for 30 mins after peeling to allow easier blending,if using a mechanical blender you can blend immediately

Blend water with little water just to enable movement of beans and blend till almost smooth
- 4
Remove blended beans and mix till you can smell the scent of the beans
- 5
Slice up the onion and peppers into tiny pieces
- 6
Mix blended beans and peppers add a little water if consistency is too thick
- 7
Add the crayfish,salt and knorr
- 8
Fry immediately
