Ingredients

  1. 1Mudu flour
  2. 1 tinmilk
  3. 2 tinssugar
  4. 3eggs
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 2 table spoonflavour
  7. 1 teaspoonnutmeg
  8. cooking oil for frying
  9. 1Sima's butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the wet ingredients

  2. 2

    Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

    Mix to a stiff dough

  4. 4

    Spread and roll out

  5. 5

    Cut in to desired shapes and size

  6. 6

    Fry in oil your chin chin is ready.
