16 ozbeer
1/4 cupmontreal stk seasoning
1/4 ozall spice
1 quartsweet baby rays bbq sauce

wash brisket place in deep baking dish ,stainless steel works best .

pour beer over brisket,then coat with seasoning ,sprinkle all spice over entire brisket.

cover pan with plastic wrap,then cover with aluminum foil ti keep steam in

place in 300°F oven 3 to 4 hours ,remove from oven let stand covered for 1 hour

remove from pan slice and serve with or without bbq sauce.
