Ingredients

  • 1 Glassnuts
  • 1 pinchsalt

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Sort the nuts very well and put in a sufuria. Add salt and a little bit of water

  2. 2

    Start to stir continuously. Stir until all water has disappeared.

  3. 3

    Stir until the nuts have turned a bit brown. Continue stirring.

  4. 4

    At this time the heat should be low to prevent nuts from burning.

  5. 5

    When the nuts become crunchy remove from heat and allow to dry for a few minutes.
