  1. 1 bunchspinach, cleaned and chopped
  2. 1onion, chopped
  3. pinchmixed herbs
  4. 1 tbsoil
  5. 4sweet potatoes, cleaned and chopped
  6. pinchsalt

  1. 1

    Wash well your spinach and remove white stem

  2. 2

    Finely chop onion and mix together in a pot

  3. 3

    Add oil, herbs and pinch of salt let it steam until soft

  4. 4

    In a separate pot boil sweet potatoes in a pot in 1 cup of water until cooked

  5. 5

    It's healthy and yummy 😋
