Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupdry mielie meal
  • 1/2 canwhole kernel corn drained
  • 1/2 cupflour
  • 3 tbspchickpea flour
  • 3 tbspnutritional yeast
  • 1/2 tspeach of turmeric, white pepper, paprika
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tbspminced garlic

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook mielie meal until firm

  2. 2

    Mix everything together

  3. 3

    Shallow fry on med-high heat until crispy and golden

  4. 4

    Drain and then enjoy!

  5. 5

    I served mine with sriracha mayo
