anchovy , capers and garlic chop fine and set aside

using food processor pour egg yolk into it , slightly blend , add in mustard and olive oil . with medium speed beat up the mixture till forming into mayonnaise

transfer the " mayonnaise" into a mixing bowl , gently fold in vinegar , the raw eggs , then the anchovy mixture . at last sprinkle in the dry parsley ( optional )
