Ingredients

  • 500 gminced meat
  • 3carrots
  • 1onion
  • 1 bunchdania
  • 1red capsicum
  • oil
  • salt
  • 1 spoongaram masala
  • black pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut onions put them in a sufuria add oil stir.

  2. 2

    Add chopped carrots stir.

  3. 3

    Add minced meat stir allow it to cook for 15 min.

  4. 4

    Add black pepper,garam masala mix

  5. 5

    Then remove it from the jiko and add red capsicum and dania and let it cook with that steam.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
