Ingredients

  • 1 glasskale chole(wash & soaked)
  • 2onion
  • 4tomato
  • 1 inchginger
  • 8,9garlic
  • 4green chilli
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonKitchen king masala
  • 1/4garam masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pressure cooker add 4 glass water and soak chole, 10 wissle or 20 minutes low flam in wait.

  2. 2

    Take a mixture add the onion, tomato, ginger, green chilli, garlic grinder thick paste

  3. 3

    Take one pan add some oil and thik paste, burn 15 minutes low flam

  4. 4

    Some time add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, King masala, and chole and mix it

  5. 5

    Serve in bowl garnish the coriander leave,

  6. 6

    Now ready to eat with chapatti.
