Steps

Peel and boil the potatoes(add salt)

When the potatoes are boiled,smash them and allow them to cool

Fry the spring onions till translucent,then add black pepper,salt,garam masala (then you stir)

Add the minced meat stir until there are no lumps

Remove the meat when dry,put it down to cool

For the mashed potatoes,make balls ensure they are egg like

Cut them using a butter knife (the egg like potatoes)then you make a hole in between

Add the meat on both sides,then cover them up as they were

Beat the eggs,so that you can dip in the potatoes

After dipping in the potatoes in the beaten eggs,dip them in the breadcrumbs (ensure every side has breadcrumbs)

Give them 30minutes to cool

After 30minutes you deep fry the potatoes

Braize them till they turn brown

Put them on a plate on a serviette to soak excess oil from the potatoes

You can now serve them with veggies/salads(optional)
