Wash the fresh tomatoes, onions, cut in cubes and set aside. Grind the fresh pepper.

Parboil the rice and boil the eggs to boiling point. (Hard boiled egg)

Spice the beef with onions and spices of choice after washing. Steam and add little water. When well cooked, cut into cubes. Use the stock of the beef to cook the rice till done.

Flake the smoked fish and set aside.

Slice some onions in round shapes after blanching, for garnishing. Also cut some fresh tomatoes for the same purpose

Peel the eggs and cut in cubes.

Place the sauce pan on the heat. Allow to dry up before pouring in some vegetable oil and allow to heat up.

Add the cubed onions, fresh tomatoes, little quantity of fresh pepper, stir well and allow to fry for a little while.

Add the spices into the sauce pan. Add the flaked fish, diced stocked beef, stir and taste before adding salt.

Pour in the boiled rice into the sauce and stir well. Then pour in the cubed boiled eggs and mix up well.

Dish out the rice in a plate, place the blanched onions and sliced fresh tomatoes by its side for garnishing.
