In nonstick pan add milk, custard powder, corn starch, makkan, cardamom powder and sugar. all mix well and now switch on the flame.

Stir continuously so that there is no lump formed. we need smooth paste. when it thicken then flame turn off

In a small thali or any dish plate cover with cling sheet and grease it and pour this paste on this papaer and refrigerator for at least 2 hour

Now make slary with maida and water. it should be semi thik

Now take away custard from refrigerator and cut in desire shape. i cut in square coat squares in slary and bread crum and deep fry on medium low heat. Enjoy hot with chocolate sauce. this dessert is so mouth melting. Must try it
