Finely chop the onions, green chili pepper, and tomato in a food processor.

Add the seasonings: salt, black pepper, vegetable bouillon, mint, lemon juice, vinegar, and minced garlic.

Mix well and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight if possible.

Arrange the lamb chops on a grill rack and place it over the oven rack, or directly on the oven rack depending on the size of the chops.

Turn on the oven broiler (top heat only).

Cook until the chops are browned, then flip to brown the other side and cook through.
