To make this pasta today, I used penne rigate. You know, when it comes to medium pasta, to calculate the amount, take a handful per person and an extra handful at the end in case someone wants a little more.

To make this pasta today, I used penne rigate. You know, when it comes to medium pasta, to calculate the amount, take a handful per person and an extra handful at the end in case someone wants a little more.

Bring water to a boil with a little salt, and when it's boiling, add the pasta and cook it like any other pasta.

In a saucepan, sauté 3 large cloves of garlic, finely chopped (or pressed if possible), in some butter cubes with a few drops of olive oil. Add 3 tablespoons of flour to absorb the butter, being careful not to burn it, and gradually add milk, stirring to eliminate any lumps. Season with 1 teaspoon of powdered bouillon and pepper, and add chopped parsley.

Drain the pasta and add it to the sauce. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese and serve on a platter. You can't imagine the flavor of this pasta!!!
