1 tspbaking powder
1/2 tspsalt
3 largeeggs
1 cupwater
1/2 cupoil
1/4 cupmayo
1 cuppowdered sugar

preheat oven to 350

in large mixing bowl beat eggs

mix the water, oil,salt ,baking powder and mayo in with the eggs

now mix in the flower ,powdered sugar and coco and mix well

time for the peanut butter

spoon into aluminum baking cups and bake for 12 to 15 minutes

remove from oven let cool and Ice ;)

These had a very weird texture and were dry and tasteless. The cupcake wrappers ended up soaked in oil. I will not be making these again. When I went to pull them out of the oven they were sizzling. Almost like they were frying in all the oil they had in them.
