  2. 2 tbspsesame oil or vegetables oil
  3. 2 tbspdice garlic and 10 slice ginger
  4. 5dried chili pepper (optional add on)
  5. sauce mixture
  6. 3 tbspchinese red wine or any shao xing rice wine
  7. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  8. 1 tbspdark soy sauce
  9. 2 tbspoyster sauce
  10. 1/4 cupwater
  11. 1 tspwhite sugar
  12. garnish option
  13. 1 bunchscallion and tomato

    WITH OIL SAUTE THE DRIED CHILI,GINGER AND GARLIC TILL ITS FRAGRANCE THEN ADD THE Sauce MIXTURE,,THEN ADD WATER AND JUST BRING SAUCE TO A BOIL

    With little oil pan fried the salmon till lts cook then just add the sauce and bring it to a simmer till sauce are thicken add in the scallion and cherry tomato and off heat and serve immediately

The recipe doesn't have scallions in the ingredients list, but is called for in the instructions. Also, it does not say when to use the rice wine. I'll try it anyway and use my best judgement.
