Ingredients

  • 2 cup. Kale chane (soaked 7-8 hrs)
  • 1/2 cup.chane dal soaked
  • 1 teaspoon. garam Masala
  • 1 teaspooncoriander powder
  • to taste. Salt
  • 2-3. Red chilli (broken into pieces)
  • 1 inch .ginger finely chopped
  • 8-10. Garlic finely chopped flakes
  • as needed. Coriander leves finely chopped
  • as needed. Oil
  • according to taste. Lime juice
  • 3. Onions medium size sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, heat oil and add sliced onions. Fry till they turn light pink.

  2. 2

    Add chopped Ginger,garlic garam Masala, and dry red chillis Fry.

  3. 3

    Now added kala chane and chana dal.

  4. 4

    Add coriander powder and fry on medium heat till the oil separates.Add salt and a little water (just enough for cooking) and pressure cook for about 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    .Now grind the cooked chana mixture to a coarse paste.Add chopped onion, lime juice, chopped coriander leaves, and green chillies to the ground paste.

  6. 6

    .Make round kebabs of the mixture and shallow fry in a nonstick pan.Serve hot with green chutney ya kabab chutney.
