Grind the oats into powder.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, white lentil,onions and green chili and saute till the onions become transparent

Add semolina and roast till it gives nice aroma then add oats powder and roast for 4-5 minutes.

Add eno powder, pour some water on eno and mix well.

Now pour the batter in greased idly stand and steam the idly for 10 minutes.

Serve with coconut chutney. A very healthy and tasty breakfast.

Now add curd,salt and water and make a fine batter.
