Soak badaam,peel And grind to paste

Roast sooji in pan putting one tablespoon ghee till brown color required

Heat the water adding sugar And elaichi powder
- 4
To that add roasted sooji and keep on stirring
- 5
Once water soaked add milk And badaam paste and mix it well
- 6
At last add the left ghee And mix it and take it off from gas
- 7
Garnish with chopped dry fruits of your choice
