For dal stuffing in a kadhai add 2 cup water and bring it to boil.add soaked Chana dal in it. Cook for 10 minutes on a low flame. When dal is soft, drain the water and grind it to make a fine paste.

Add dry spices red chilli powder, garam masala powder, a pinch of hing, dry mango powder, ghee coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well. The Chana dal stuffing is ready now.

Rice dough boil water and salt in a vessel.set aside half the quality of water. Add rice flour in to remaining water. Stir well with simmer flame.cover the dough and cook it with simmer flame for 10 seconds. Once it has partially cooked knead the dough so that no lumps are formed inside.

For paratha now divide the dough into ten big lemon siz balls.roll one dough ball in round shape and place 2-3 tsp Stirring and seal it properly. Paratha roll into a medium thick.

Heat a tawa and place the Chana dal stuffing rolled dough on it.when the upper side starts change colour, flip the sides apply oil on it flip again and apply oil on this sides as well.cook both sides till golden brown crispy. Serve hot.
