Wash and boil rice, set aside.

Wash green vegetables thoroughly and slice it thinly,set aside,chop peppers and onions.

Put palm oil on fire,do not bleach, add pepper and onions, fry on low heat, add crayfish, keep stirring, add ponmo continue stirring, add the seasoning and little salt, stir it, after 4 minutes add the green leaves, allow to simmer for 3 seconds, put off the fire.

NB:Do not add too much salt as vegetables contain sodium which will make it salty over time.

Slice carrots for garnishing, serve your meal,and a slice of red pepper on the rice,with carrots on the side and your fried meat of choice.
