# Healthy Junior

Kids are always fussy..
The same was with my daughter who is 7 years old..
So I have tried a different version of UTTAPAM..
Basically UTTAPAM is a South Indian dish eaten with sambhar or chutney with an elaborate procedure from soaking to grounding and finally fermenting...
But I have given a little twist to my recipe ...it is super quick , healthy and tasty..
And further to enhance the taste I hv added grated cheese...yummy everyone' favourite ...My daughter finished it with her favourite tomato ketchup...
Sooo finally happy mumma and happy kid..
Pls try this recipe friends...
