Wash and cut okro nicely.

Slice uziza leaf.blend crayfish and pepper.

Boil meat and stockfish with onion,Maggi and salt for 30mins.taste meat to confirm is tender.

Add more water enough for the soup.and boil very well.

Add crayfish,salt,pepper and maggi.

Wash the dry fish with warm water and salt.

Boil the soup for 6mins to 10mins and add the dry Fish.and boil for another 2mins.

Pour in the uziza,stir and turn off the heat.

Boil water in a pot,when is boiled very well gradually pour in the plantain flour and stir very well to avoid lumps.

Onces you are with the quantquantity you want.swant.stop and stir very well.

Add little water and lower the heat.bheat.boil for 3mins.

Serve with the soup.
