Steps

Clean and wash moong dal with water. Soak it for 7 hrs. Drain it.

Take a mixer jar add drained moong dal, ginger and green chilli. Add water little by little. Beat it to a smooth batter.

Consistency of the batter should be thick but pouring.

Transfer the batter in the bowl.

Add salt and coriander leaves. Mix well.

Heat tawa on medium flame. Drizzle very little oil on sides. Switch the flame to slow.

Pour a ladleful of batter on the tawa. Do not spread. Drizzle little oil on sides.

Cover the tawa with lid and cook on slow flame.

After 3-4 mins sides of the pizza base will be little dry, then turn the side.

Again drizzle very little oil on sides and cook on slow flame for 3-4 min. Then turn the side of the pizza base.

Spread pizza sauce, then tomato ketchup on it.

Place onion, tomato and capsicum on it. Sprinkle salt, red chilli powder and oregano on it. Spread mozzarella cheese and top with coriander leaves.

Cover pizza with lid and cook on slow flame for 2-3 min. When the cheese is melted, transfer it to a serving plate.

Moong dal mini pizza is ready to serve.
