Ingredients

1-2 hrs
2 servings
  • 1 cuppresoaked beans
  • 2tomatoes
  • 4potatoes
  • Cooking oil
  • 1onion
  • Tomatoes puree
  • Salt
  • 500 grice (pishori)

Steps

1-2 hrs
  1. 1

    Cook the presoaked beans till soft then keep aside many in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onions and cooking oil in the sufuria and fry till golden brown then add chopped tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add the chopped potatoes and boiled beans. Add tomato puree. Add 2 cups of water. (small cups). Cover to simmer for 30 mins.

  4. 4

    Add salt before simmering. Then remove from heat and put aside as you boil the rice.

  5. 5

    Serve the beans and rice.
