Mash the rice, add all the spices, green chili, salt,onions and mix well. Now dip the bread slice in milk and squeeze the milk properly.

Add this bread to the mixture and mix well. Make small tikiya and shallow fry it in a non-stick pan till golden brown. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
