Ek baratan me besan and chopped methi levels daliye.

Ab uper bataye huve sare masale and 2 teaspoon oil dale swad ke hisab lemon juice, salt, sugar dal ke pani se gadhi paste bana lijiye.

Roti ke ander ki paste pak jaye to gas off karein. Or thanda hone rakhiye.

Jab thanda hojaye to chaku se chotte pieces karein.

Ek kadhai me oil daliye. gas pe garam hone rakhe. Garam ho jaye to rai dale rai futta jaye to hing or green chili daliye.

Phir till dale dhodi haladi or salt dale phir hilake mix karein. ab kate huve roti ke rolls ko dale hilaiye thoda pak ne dijiye.

Ab dish me nikal ke tea ya phir tomato sauce ke satha serve karein
