Sabse pehle paneer slices karke unme cornflour,haldi,salt dalker paneer per inki coating karein or tal le.

After pan lenge usme 2-3 tbs oil dalenge or onion fry karenge.

Then tomato,capcicum dalenge or halka fry karenge in vegetables ko jyada nahi bhoonna.

Phir one by one sabhi ingredients mix karenge or halkehalke hath se chalayenge.

Phir paneer mix karenge after flem off kar denge.
- 6
After coriander or green onion leaves dalker garma garam serve karenge.
- 7
Ready to eat.healthy & testy.
