Dono Dal ko sock karein pani me..Pressure cooker me jarurat hisab se pani lekar dal add karein, haldi,add karein aur 3 whistles le.

Ek pan me ghee add karein..usme jeera, garlic,ginger, hari mirch, onion,tomato saute karein..ab haldi, lal mirch powder, salt add karein..mix karein..dal add karein..pani add karein thoda..mix karein..kasuri methi add karein..gas off karein.

Charcoal ke piece ko gas ke upar garam karein. Ab ek small bowl ko dal ke andar rakhe..charcoal ke tukde ko us bowl me rakhe aur ghee add karein..Lid se dhak de 10 minutes smoky flavour ke liye.

Ab ek pan me ghee garam karein. jeera add karein usme dry red chilli,hing,red chilli powder add karein aur ye tadka dal ke upar daal ke coriander se garnish karein aur jeera rice ke sath serve karein.
