Steps

Knead the dough with little salt and water to a soft dough

Grate carrot and cabbage
- 3
Finely chop garlic, greenchilli, Onion and spring onion greens
- 4
Heat oil in a kadai. add the chopped garlic chillies saute for a while. Then add onions saute for a while, then add the cabbage and carrot. Add salt soya sauce sugar salt and pepper powder and finally the greens. Saute till the mixture is dry

Roll out small rounds from the maida dough

Keep the filling inside and give the shape of momos.

Steam them immediately for 5 to 7 minutes. They will look transparent once done

Serve them hot with sechwan chutney
