Ingredients: 2 can best chickpeas rinsed and drained; 1 large clove of garlic , crushed and mashed into paste with a little salt; 1/2 large green,orange or red chilli, chopped very finely; 1/2 red onion chopped finely; 1 tbsp lemon juice; 1 tbsp rasberry or red wine vinegar; 4 tbsp olive oil; 4 best tomatoes, seeded, cut into bite-size pieces; 6 white or green tinned asparagus, cut into small pieces tips removed,; 1 bunch each (small) coriander and mint chopped finely; 2 good handfuls of blueberries

put all ingredients together except chickpeas,asparagus,blueberries, tomatoes mint and coriander.

mix well , now add asparagus, chickpeas, tomatoes, blueberries, mint and coriander, gently mix.Chill slightly before serving.
