Ingredients

  • 12corn tortillas
  • 2 cupcorn oil
  • 2 tspcinnamon
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 cupsugar

  1. 1

    Cut tortillas into triangular chips.

  2. 2

    heat oil on medium-high or 375°F in a cast iron pot or heavy duty pan.

  3. 3

    deep fry the chips.

  4. 4

    place sugar, salt and cinnamon in a metal bowl.

  5. 5

    strain chips or pat dry on paper towels and immediately transfer to bowl of dry ingredients.

  6. 6

    Toss chips in the bowl until evenly coated.

  7. 7

    EAT.
