Healthy Veggie Mumbai Style Tawa Pulao

Heat pressure cooker.Add butter and oil in it.

Add ginger garlic paste.

Add capsicum to it and saute them a bit.

Add tomatoes,Pav Bhaji Masala, red chilli powder, Haldi powder and salt and.mix well.

Add all other vegetables and saute them and mix everything well.

Add rice and soya granules and saute them with veggies mixture. Roast all the things for 2 minutes.

Add sufficient water to cook the rice.water approximately 1 inch above the rice

Now close the lid of the cooker till 3 whistles.Off the flame when done.Open the lid after the cooker cools down.

Now open the cooker. The water should be soaked and the rice should be properly cooked.

Transfer the Pulao in a serving plate with accompliment of Curd and Salad.Sprinkle chopped Corainder and Serve Piping Hot.
