Ingredients

  1. 500 glamb
  2. 1 bunchspinach
  3. 1pkt mixed vegetables
  4. 1of each onion, peppers
  5. 2 tsplamb spice
  6. Pinchsalt and pepper
  7. 1 tspbarbecue spice
  8. 3 Tspbrown onion soup

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil lamb till its tender

  2. 2

    Boil spinach and vegies separately

  3. 3

    Fry onion and peppers

  4. 4

    Mix all together and add your spices, cover the pot to simmer.

    Pour soup and stir
