Take all dal now soak it for 1/2 hour then cook it in cooker for 3 whistle now when it occurs cool open it & take out. Now take one pan add 2-3 tbsp oil & do tardka now add veges one by one & cook properly. Now add seasoning then add cooked dal now stir it well then cook it for 6-7 min add 2 glass water now when it get cook properly then off the flame & add coriander.

Yummy delicious dal is ready to serve with rice.

Tips: I use mainly all natural herbs so it's colour remains as it is.
