When I grill my steaks, i add this to the top

Ingredients

  1. 1 lb.Of salted butter
  2. 1 cupchives chopped
  3. 5 oz.Blue Cheese
  4. 5 oz.Gorgonzola

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Let butter soften to room temperature

  2. 2

    Mix in the chopped chives and cheeses

  3. 3

    Mix thoroughly and put in plastic wrap and put back in fridge to harden

  4. 4

    When harden, you can cut slices for steak topper, to saute chicken or dishes that require butter

  5. 5

    Added on top of my porterhouse steak
