Steps

Drain the tomatoes and spinach. Save the liquids. This is to measure how much liquids you actually have.

Chop the spinach from the can and the sautéed spinach.

Heat the oil and add the onion first, then spinach and tomatoes.

Add everything except the sundried tomatoes to the rice and mix.

Let everything simmer 15 minutes
- 6
Add sundried tomatoes on top and cover for 15 minutes off heat.
